Ouray Gourmet
Ouray Gourmet offers a selection of all-natural baking mixes based on vintage pioneer recipes from Ouray and the surrounding area circa 1880 to early 1900s. The recipes for our mixes were gathered from the worn pages of old pioneer cookbooks, museum archives, regional history books as well as lively interviews with area descendants of early settlers.
Our current flavors are: family-favorite Red Mountain Gingerbread, Miner's Crazy Cake (a moist chocolate cake), buttery San Juan Scones, easy Camp Bird Cobbler, delicious Million Dollar Pound Cake, classic buckwheat Yankee Boy Griddlecakes, hearty Eureka Corn Bread, and golden Box Canyon Biscuits.
