Before taking a long soothing soak in the Hot Springs Pool, we invite you to visit our Ouray Fitness Center. The Fitness Center is equipped with aerobic equipment including: Star Trac Treadmills, stair climber, and an upright bike machine. In addition we offer a heavy bag and free weights. Our muscle strengthening and toning machines include; leg press and curl machines, an abdominal board, dip/leg raise apparatus, abductor and several bicep/tricep stations. The Fitness Center is located on the second level of the Ouray Hot Springs Pool Bathhouse. Our guests enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and surrounding scenery. Hot Springs Pool & Fitness Center offers many options to revitalize and relax during your visit to Ouray. There is a nominal fee for Fitness Center and Fitness Center/Pool use.
