Hot Springs Palace
This cute and unique 1500 square foot house is located in Ouray, right across from the renowned Ouray Hot Springs and two blocks north of downtown Ouray. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, beautiful views and Satellite TV. On the first floor there is a single private bedroom with a twin bed. The living room has a wood-pellet stove for chillier weather, central heating, double custom hickory doors that open onto the fenced front yard, a sleeper sofa and a futon that slides out as a bed. The bathroom features a claw-foot tub, a pedestal sink, and a tiled shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and stove.
For your convenience there is a washer/dryer set and a utility tub. A gas grill, table/chairs on back deck. The front yard is fenced in with a garden and is perfect for children and pets. (Dogs only please-no cats) Smoking is allowed on decks only. We are biker friendly and hope you enjoy your stay! Sleeps 5-7 people.
